Preschool Program
Preschool children accomplish
most of their learning by the “hands
on” method of playing with materials
and equipment to find out how they
work. Every object becomes a
toy that they manipulate playfully
until they learn what it does.
This self-discovery method of
learning is very effective.
Learning centers
are an important part of the
educational environment for young
children. They are able to
choose the centers they would like
to work in each day. This
choice gives them the opportunity to
make decisions and work in areas
that are interesting to them.

The primary concern of Discovery
Kingdom is the child’s physical and
spiritual well being. We
appreciate the privilege of helping
mold their character with Biblical
principles and setting a good
foundation in their young lives.
Bible time is the highlight of the
day and is taught in both morning
and afternoon classes. Bible
memorization is encouraged for all
children. Pre-Kindergarten
children participate in chapel every
Wednesday with Clear Lake Christian
School.
