School Year Schedule

Discovery Kingdom gives your child a safe Christian environment to come to before and after school. When your child is dropped off from school, he or she is received at the doors by a staff member. They are then taken to the Fellowship Hall to have snack and visit with their friends. Following snack their teacher will take them to their classrooms. The classrooms are split up age appropriately. This eases some of the stress on our younger children that are just trying to adjust to going to school and being transported back and forth.
 
Discovery Kingdom also has some special activities planned for them to do throughout the week. This gives them something to look forward to.

• Movie Day

Each day your child will be given time to do homework once they get to their classrooms. If help is needed the teachers will be very happy to assist them.
 
Every class has a scheduled time to play outside. We feel it is important to have some type of physical activities, on Wednesday there is also time for us to play in the gym.

Summer Schedule

During the summer we have a calendar that shows all our field trips and in house activities we have planned. This way your child will know what they will be doing for that day. Every day there is some type of activity to do, either as a class or as an entire school age group.
 
 All of the field trips, in-house activities, and snacks are included in the tuition.
